Lead the Technology Resiliency and Recovery (TRR) program and the Technology Operations Center (TOC), ensuring 24x7 availability, developing and exercising recovery plans with application and platform owners, and reporting outcomes to senior leadership. Partner with Enterprise Resiliency and Service Management to manage operational availability and incident/command center operations.

Role based in Minneapolis with ~20-30% travel.

Manage relationships with third-party asset managers, drive business initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings.

Design and manage user interfaces and deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes). Conduct and present UX research, translate requirements into UX/UI specs and acceptance criteria, collaborate with product and engineering, and coach/manage a small UX team to deliver user-centered digital experiences across desktop and mobile.
