The Engineer 3 role involves optimizing plant operations through process design, leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with standards. Responsibilities include project execution, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making for efficiency improvements.

Lead enterprise-level accounting and controls for consolidated financial reporting. Prepare GAAP-compliant monthly/quarterly/annual statements, manage general ledger and close activities, perform technical accounting research, support balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, maintain controls, assist audits, train stakeholders, and provide analytical insights to senior management for decision-making.

Manages insurance policies, claims, compliance, controls, and risk-related training. Collaborates cross-functionally to identify control gaps, implement remediation plans, monitor risks, and promote organizational risk awareness.

Manage strategic customer accounts to drive growth: build relationships, negotiate agreements, develop/execute account plans, forecast volumes, maintain pipeline, update Salesforce CRM, and collaborate cross-functionally. Role requires complex near- and long-term forecasting and up to 50% travel.
