Own strategic account growth and new business development across UK financial services organizations. Sell connectivity solutions including optical, dark fibre, and Ethernet, develop go-to-market and account plans, influence C-level stakeholders, manage complex multimillion-pound opportunities, and collaborate with product, marketing, operations, delivery, commercial, and sales teams to achieve profitable revenue, customer NPS, and personal KPIs.

Coordinates multiple business projects by supporting Project Managers, booking resources, tracking suppliers, purchase orders, costs, actions, risks, documentation, customer approvals, reporting, governance, handovers, and project closeout. The role requires strong organisation, stakeholder communication, proactive follow-up, attention to detail, and process improvement skills while working with internal teams, customers, suppliers, contractors, and delivery partners.

Manage the full product lifecycle for B2B connectivity services (Ethernet, EoFTTx, DIA, Managed DIA, SD-WAN). Define and execute product roadmap, build business cases, lead pricing and margin optimisation, collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales and Pricing, improve customer experience, monitor market trends, produce product documentation and present performance and strategy to senior stakeholders.

Plan, execute, optimize, and report on integrated B2B marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, conversion, and ROI. Develop content across digital, email, social, website, and sales channels; translate technical propositions into customer-focused messaging; collaborate with sales, product, agencies, and partners; and support industry events and customer engagement programs.
