Technical Designer responsible for technical garment production across women’s knitwear, cut-and-sew, and activewear. Duties include leading fit sessions, documenting fitting comments, managing grading and tolerances, troubleshooting construction and pattern issues with overseas suppliers, and creating detailed tech packs. The role requires strong garment construction, quality control, organization, communication, and multi-product apparel experience, with full-time onsite work in Brooklyn.

Provide tier-1/2 end-user IT support across NY offices, stores, and warehouse: triage tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/POS/mobile devices, deploy and maintain endpoints via ManageEngine and Iru MDM, use ScreenConnect for remote support, document resolutions, assist onboarding/offboarding, and escalate infrastructure issues to systems administration.

Operates and improves complex business systems, gathers stakeholder requirements, designs and implements technology solutions, manages vendors and integrators, tracks KPIs, tests systems, and supports training and change adoption. The role also assists Technical Product Managers with prioritization and delivery while applying technical, product management, and retail e-commerce expertise.

Coordinates footwear special projects and SMU product initiatives, including purchase orders, product trackers, cost sheets, SKU and PLM data entry, timelines, samples, product files, and logistics routing. Collaborates with merchandising, design, production, partnerships, marketing, operations, and accounting teams, while supporting annual collaboration strategy and business development efforts.

The Customer Experience Associate ensures excellent service in-store by greeting customers, assisting with transactions, and supporting various store operations. They collaborate with management, demonstrate product knowledge, and maintain visual standards while adapting to changing business needs.

The Operations Associate is responsible for the flow of merchandise, tasks streamlining the product cycle, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing customer service in a retail environment.
