Support traffic engineering and ITS project delivery including traffic forecasting and analysis, signal and ITS design support, operational/safety studies, deliverable development, team coordination, and quality control.

The Traffic Project Engineer produces design calculations, reports, and plans, collaborates with project managers, conducts traffic analyses, and provides mentorship to junior engineers.

Support transit design projects (BRT/LRT) by producing/modifying design calculations, reports, plans, and specifications; perform research, field investigations, quantity takeoffs, and assist cost estimating and project delivery using CAD and design tools.

Manage bridge projects through full lifecycle: develop scopes and proposals, lead client negotiations, control budget/schedule/scope, perform technical reviews, supervise and mentor a squad of structural engineers, and support business development.

Lead delivery of large, complex bridge projects from proposal through construction. Manage scope, schedule, budget, contracts, and client relationships.
