Conduct market research, define product requirements, manage launches, ensure regulatory compliance in Malaysia, set pricing, monitor performance, and coordinate cross-functional go-to-market and stakeholder activities.

Lead end-to-end user journey design for digital banking channels, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, facilitate design workshops, and define UX flows and IA. Partner with product, technology, UI designers, and stakeholders to translate analytics and user feedback into validated, data-driven experiences and ensure quality via UAT and governance.
