The Business Development Director will lead growth initiatives, manage M&A processes, develop market entry strategies, and cultivate acquisition relationships for Graco's division.

Drive strategic growth within assigned markets by developing sales channels, managing key accounts, conducting market analysis, and coordinating cross-functional product launches. Build long-term customer relationships, develop territory plans, support channel partners with training and demos, monitor competitor and market trends, and report insights to sales and marketing leadership to maximize revenue and product adoption.

Plan and execute flow of purchased and manufactured materials for assigned products, maintain GAINS and Oracle planning parameters, create forecasts, schedule manufacturing orders, manage inventory and shop-floor priorities, communicate shortages or issues, and report on inventory and service levels.

Lead roadmap, delivery, and operations for enterprise commercial applications (CRM/ERP, ecommerce, DXP). Partner with business and IT to prioritize, modernize, and re-platform solutions to cloud, drive process optimization and automation, manage product backlogs, and enable adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.

Lead a global engineering category to define five-year product plans, drive NPD projects, oversee technical execution, mentor staff, manage budgets, ensure qualifications and ROI, and collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, and purchasing to deliver cost-effective, high-quality products.

Lead financial planning, reporting, internal controls, and analysis for the business unit. Supervise accounting staff, coordinate annual plans and re-projections, analyze pricing, margins, and COGS, support audits, capital projects, acquisitions, ERP implementations, and deliver operating metrics and process improvements.

Lead divisional financial analysis and reporting, manage monthly close activities, administer sales and marketing incentive programs, support budgeting and forecasting, produce advanced financial models and variance analysis, drive process improvements and automation (Power BI), and present actionable insights to senior leadership to align financial objectives with business strategy.

Develop and execute regional sales plans and field marketing initiatives; identify product, promotion, and program opportunities; manage distributor relationships and agreements; monitor sales performance and competitive developments; lead, mentor, and grow a sales team; manage annual marketing budget; travel as required and maintain customer engagement.

Lead treasury operations including daily cash management, short-term forecasting, foreign exchange/hedging, and treasury system oversight. Support financial reporting, SOX compliance, audits, insurance and risk management, stock administration, retirement plans, and mentor junior staff. Drive process improvements and partner with IT and banking partners on treasury technology and capital expenditure planning.
