Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for corporate, management, sales, and technical roles. Partner with hiring managers and HR to source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers; oversee ATS, recruitment marketing, employer branding, and data-driven reporting. Build inclusive candidate pipelines, manage agency relationships for hard-to-fill roles, ensure compliance and high-quality candidate experience, and support cross-functional onboarding and talent projects.

The Manager, Cost Accounting leads Graco's cost accounting strategy and oversees product costing, inventory valuation, and compliance with GAAP, while mentoring a team and ensuring financial accuracy.

Lead global product strategy and lifecycle for pavement, turf, and flooring equipment. Identify market opportunities, define roadmaps, drive NPD with engineering and operations, and measure product performance.
