The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in supporting data-driven strategies, operational efficiency, and data visualization at Graco. With a foundational understanding of analytics and business intelligence, this role works works across Operations & Supply Chain and other departments to assist in the development and execution of a Business Intelligence (BI) roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in data analytics and a desire to grow their skills in providing insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
What You Will Do at Graco
Data Analysis, Reporting, and Strategy Support
Work with operations & supply chain , finance, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and standardize financial and operational reports, ensuring they align with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards that offer insights into financial and operational performance, trends, and forecasts.
Perform data analysis to transform datasets into useful information that supports decision-making.
Provide data summaries and reports to support finance and leadership teams in making informed decisions.
Use business intelligence tools (such as Power BI and SQL) to organize, analyze, and visualize data, promoting data-driven decision-making.
Help in the development of solutions to improve forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes.
Support the integration of data from financial systems like Oracle ERP, OneStream, and other data sources.
Participate in cross-functional projects that involve data analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
Contribute to the creation of clear process documentation to improve the efficiency and usability of reporting tools.
Process Improvement and Automation Assistance
Identify opportunities for improving data reporting processes and support the implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency.
Learn and adopt new data technologies and tools to help leverage data more effectively for decision-making.
Assist in managing ad hoc projects and initiatives that aim to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
Communication and Collaboration
Work closely with operations & supply chain , finance teams, IT, and other departments to help integrate financial data systems smoothly.
Present data insights and findings to team members in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization techniques.
Serve as a link between supply chain and technology teams, ensuring data solutions support business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and support project execution.
What You Bring to Graco
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
Ability to interpret data and identify trends to support business decisions.
Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to manage multiple data sources.
Basic knowledge of financial and business operations with a desire to learn more.
Ability to work effectively across different departments.
Willingness to learn and apply problem-solving techniques to improve data processes.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and SQL, with a willingness to learn more advanced tools.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
