Leads financial controlling for the Americas region, partnering with leadership on commercial, pricing, investment, and profitability decisions. Owns regional planning, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, business cases, month-end close coordination, and management reporting. Builds segment and product profitability analyses, drives corrective actions, and presents results to senior stakeholders. Manages and develops the regional controlling team while collaborating across an international matrix organization and global controlling community.

Owns multi-jurisdictional corporate tax compliance, accounting, planning, and transaction support. Prepares U.S. federal, state, local, Canadian, sales, use, property, and international tax filings; manages audits and tax notices; records tax payments and provisions; oversees SAP tax engine processes; and analyzes regulatory changes. Partners with Finance, Legal, and Operations to maintain tax controls, documentation, and compliance processes.
