Oversees leasing, marketing, budgets, resident retention, accounts receivable and payable, payroll reporting, maintenance readiness, risk management, emergencies, and on-site staff. Requires extensive travel, including 100% travel, and frequent interaction with residents, vendors, and team members. The role also involves recruiting, coaching, compliance, financial oversight, and improving property performance.

Maintains investor and partnership data, processes capital movements, calculates capital calls, distributions, fees, carried interest, and investor allocations, and ensures compliance with fund documents. The role supports valuations, money movement, audits, tax partners, client deliverables, and workflow improvements. It also requires reviewing investment documents, managing senior-level communications, monitoring affiliated loans, and modeling equity waterfalls in Excel.

Supports digital marketing execution, administration, and performance reporting for assigned multifamily properties. Updates property websites, ILS listings, creative assets, messaging, and other channels; organizes data and tracks performance to identify trends and opportunities. Serves as a marketing resource for assigned properties, supporting lead generation, leasing activity, traffic, and occupancy. Coordinates with property teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and complete marketing initiatives.
