Provide day-to-day HR support to site leadership and employees, implement HR strategies, assist with performance management, onboarding, employee relations investigations, HR metrics/reporting, and coordinate with COEs (benefits, talent acquisition, L&D). Coordinate end-to-end quoting for Interconnect, Wire & Cable: analyze drawings/BOMs, validate material and labor costs, format BOMs, collaborate with engineering and supply chain, manage supplier interactions, ensure ITAR/commercial compliance, and deliver accurate, timely proposals.

Lead purchasing activities and a team of Buyers to support production and BU operations. Manage supplier relationships, drive cost and inventory reduction initiatives, enforce procurement best practices (PFEP/VMI), oversee transactional approvals, track supplier KPIs, coordinate with Planning, and support Supply Chain strategic projects and SOP development.

Support-focused role that coordinates program documentation, POs/RMAs, AR statements, meetings, schedules, shipments, KPIs, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely execution and delivery of manufacturing programs.
