Investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims: determine coverage and liability, review and authorize medical payments, conduct phone/mail/on-site investigations, contact employers, medical providers and attorneys, resolve claims and attend mediations or trials as needed, and service agents, policyholders, and injured workers.

Manage day-to-day operations of projects, coordinate team members, execute project plans, perform risk analysis, and ensure project documentation is complete.

Handle entry-level property/casualty insurance claims under close supervision through investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement. Complete company claims training, study policies and adjuster licensing requirements, use estimating software, communicate with claimants, agents, legal counsel and third parties, and produce reports while maintaining confidentiality and accurate financial and geometric calculations.

Create reports, data extracts, and analyses; build, maintain, and document ETL/transform code; develop BI reporting and dashboard solutions; learn data sources and tools; communicate findings and participate in training.

Handle entry-level auto insurance claims under close supervision through investigation, evaluation, and resolution. Complete company claims training, learn policy interpretation, estimating and loss-adjustment software, communicate with claimants and third parties, obtain required adjuster licenses, and provide accurate, timely service to agents and insureds.
