As a Travel Consultant, you will sell travel packages, develop customer relationships, and enhance travel experiences while achieving sales goals in a team-oriented environment.

Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting, monitor health and performance, perform configuration and post-deployment validation, handle authentication/security issues, coordinate escalations with engineering/DevOps/security, validate backup/DR, and document incidents for knowledge base improvement.

Lead and manage an auto liability claims team: review files for quality, monitor performance metrics, coach and develop staff, resolve customer issues, ensure regulatory compliance, run meetings, and support improvement projects and succession planning.

Manage complex subrogation files end-to-end: evaluate, negotiate, and settle inbound demands and outbound recoveries; prepare and file arbitration contentions; oversee litigated matters and vendors; serve as Arbitration Forums panelist; assess liability and damages; obtain evidence; maintain specialized system records; and communicate status to insured members.

Supports trial attorneys in civil litigation by performing legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, managing case files, coordinating witnesses and evidence, preparing trial materials, and assisting with pretrial and trial tasks.
