The Lead IT Engineer is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, automating processes, maintaining hardware, and contributing to security operations. They will independently make decisions regarding onboarding, admin access, and productivity tooling in a Microsoft-heavy environment.

Manage day-to-day New York office operations, vendor relationships, and workplace logistics. Support events, leadership visits, and hospitality to ensure a professional employee and visitor experience. Establish office processes and collaborate with HQ Workplace, People Ops, IT, and local leadership as the company scales.
