Lead migration of Java/Spring Boot backend services to Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask). Build scalable REST APIs and microservices, design PostgreSQL schemas, implement AWS CI/CD pipelines, develop test automation, and collaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure secure, high-performance deployments.

The Senior Help Desk Specialist provides advanced technical support and systems administration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing server operations, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Design, develop, test, and maintain secure Python backend services and REST APIs (Flask/FastAPI). Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases, support CI/CD and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) on AWS, follow DoD secure-coding standards, troubleshoot production issues, create technical documentation, and collaborate with frontend and AI/ML teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Provide front-line office and Tier 1 IT support to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle visitor reception, phone/email triage, meeting and asset coordination, onboarding/offboarding, basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, VPN, printers), account provisioning, ticket logging, vendor coordination, inventory management, and process improvement while maintaining security and excellent customer service. Onsite five days a week.

The Help Desk Specialist provides technical support for desktop and network issues, manages Active Directory, and maintains enterprise systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with security standards.
