Lead e-commerce analytics for Carnival.com: define measurement strategy and KPIs, analyze site performance and purchase funnel, oversee A/B and UAT testing, deliver dashboards and reports, manage vendors, and partner with product, CRM, marketing, BI, and IT. Mentor team members and translate analytics into business recommendations to drive bookings and improve consumer experience.
