We are looking for an amazing Analyst, Destination Services Product to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office.

The Analyst, Destination Services Product is responsible for building, managing, auditing, and negotiating tour inventory for Destination Services, including allotment builds, waitlist management, vendor coordination, and itinerary change support. This role maintains Shorex Repository data, tour and operator information, and compliance requirement items, while serving as a point of contact for call center, guest service, shipboard, vendor, and internal teams. The role helps ensure accurate, timely product updates and supports inventory optimization across assigned tour departures and ports.

Responsibilities 

  • Inventory Management and Optimization: Build, manage, audit, and negotiate tour inventory, including initial allotment builds and waitlist management. Identify distressed inventory due to waitlists or underperformance and recommend content, cancellation, or retail adjustments that support volume.                                                           
  • Database Management, Planning & Operational Administration: Maintain Shorex Repository content, tour and operator information, compliance requirement items, and related systems/data entry to support accurate operational planning and administration.
  • Itinerary Change Management: Promptly action new, changed, or cancelled calls by negotiating with vendors, adjusting inventory, and coordinating timely updates for the applicable region of responsibility.                                                                                
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Communication: Act as a call center point of contact for tour and port information requirements and partner with guest service, call center, shipboard, vendor, and internal teams to amend bookings and communicate accurate product updates.                                                                                   
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Audit tour inventory, operator information, and compliance requirement items to support accurate communications, product quality, and timely resolution of issues.                                                                          
  • Performs other duties as assigned                                                                           

Requirements 

  • 3-5 years of experience in a corporate or shipboard environment.
  • Experience or working knowledge of travel or cruise industry operations preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management, data entry, systems administration, vendor coordination, guest service/call center support, and cross-functional communication preferred. 

This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of four days in the office per week (Monday – Thursday) 

Beginning in 2028, this position will remain on the same Monday – Thursday in-office schedule but will transition to our new headquarters in the Miami, FL area.
