Drive growth of Lennox VRF solutions through consultative relationships with consulting engineers, representatives, contractors, and customers. Provide technical application support, influence basis-of-design specifications, deliver product presentations and training, advise on building codes and ASHRAE standards, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to expand market share and support project execution.

Architect and develop reliable, secure, fault-tolerant enterprise platforms using Java, Python, cloud-native services, APIs, integrations, and AI technologies. Lead architecture decisions, coding, debugging, performance tuning, code reviews, production readiness, and technical delivery. Establish reusable engineering standards, observability, CI/CD, resiliency, and operational practices while mentoring engineers and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Leads Lennox Commercial HVAC product management, overseeing portfolio strategy, multi-year roadmaps, platform architecture, resource allocation, stage-gate governance, lifecycle management, and business performance. Drives revenue, margin, market share, customer NPS, commercialization, and portfolio vitality while managing growth initiatives and rationalization. Builds and coaches a high-performing product management team and collaborates with engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, sales, marketing, and customer support.

Designs, fabricates, modifies, and evaluates complex mechanical and electro-mechanical components, subsystems, and systems for commercial refrigeration products. Writes test procedures, evaluates design and test data, prepares technical specifications, recommends production-focused design approaches, and coordinates prototypes or experimental runs with technical support personnel. May coordinate drafters, technical writers, engineering technicians, and machine shop personnel.

Leads HR strategy and services for approximately 450 employees in Lennox’s Commercial HVAC business. Partners with leaders on employee relations, performance management, labor relations, change management, talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Manages two HR Generalists, improves HR processes, leads cross-functional projects, applies workforce analytics, and ensures compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

Designs and develops commercial refrigeration equipment, including condensing units, unit coolers, and air-cooled condensers. Selects system components, designs refrigerant piping, calculates refrigeration loads, implements controls, and develops test procedures. Leads product testing, certification, investigations, and cross-functional engineering projects while supporting production and customer requirements. Coordinates engineers, CAD designers, suppliers, and laboratory personnel, using SAP and engineering tools to manage product information, schedules, documentation, and qualification activities.

Manage sales growth across a multi-state Southwest territory by developing distributor and contractor relationships, prospecting new accounts, executing sales strategies, and achieving territory objectives. Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and technical training in fabrication shops, job sites, and distributor locations. Maintain CRM records, pricing, competitive analysis, account communications, and territory performance. Travel approximately 50% with required overnight trips.

Develop and execute product category strategies, owning sales, margin, inventory, pricing, promotions, assortment, and lifecycle performance. Analyze data and present recommendations and business cases to senior leadership. Partner with marketing, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, sales, e-commerce, and suppliers to improve product positioning, digital visibility, profitability, innovation, and market share.

Supports federal, state, and local tax compliance, including income tax returns, estimated taxes, extensions, ASC 740 tax provisions, and 1099 reporting. Reviews tax calculations, reconciliations, workpapers, and supporting documentation while maintaining internal controls and filing deadlines. Identifies process improvements and supports tax technology automation. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and manages multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.

Supports commercial HVAC customers by managing requests, orders, quotations, pricing, quote follow-up, CRM updates, service issue resolution, and account-growth reporting. Builds client relationships, assists with credit and collections, promotes relevant services, and supports junior staff with nonstandard cases. The role requires strong communication, organization, technical terminology knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, computerized data-entry skills, and some travel.
