Leads and transforms Lennox Commercial North America’s Sales Support organization for a $1B+ HVAC business. Oversees quote and order management, customer support, process standardization, CRM and SAP optimization, KPIs, controls, continuous improvement, and cross-functional issue resolution. Builds a scalable, customer-centric operating model; develops talent; drives organizational change; and partners with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Product Management to improve service, productivity, revenue growth, and customer retention.
