Lead design and implement custom extensions for Manhattan OMS/MAO, configure DOM/EOM/ATC/SCI, integrate OMS with payments, fraud, tax, WMS and ERP, develop REST APIs, and provide solution architecture and technical leadership for order management and fulfillment workflows.

Validate new features and design test strategies across the release lifecycle. Create test plans, build regression and automated test suites, perform API and performance testing, report quality metrics, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve release confidence and testing processes.

Lead the technical and functional roadmap for an omnichannel mobile app, translating business needs into architecture, requirements, and delivering in-store features like inventory, pricing, promotions, digital wallets, notifications, and scan-and-buy while mentoring offshore teams.
