About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build, scale, and maintain

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure on GCP.
  • Manage and optimize GKE Kubernetes clusters, including networking, security, and workload orchestration
  • Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using FluxCD, ensuring declarative and automated deployment
  • Build Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
  • Develop and maintain deployment workflows using Helm and Kubernetes manifests.
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD processes.
  • Configure and monitor Elasticsearch and Grafana for observability.
  • Support and optimize workflows orchestrated through Cloud Composer (Airflow).
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across the stack.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency with Kubernetes (GKE preferred).
  • Solid experience with IaC tools, especially Terraform.
  • Hands on experience with GitOps tooling (FluxCD).
  • Strong understanding of GCP cloud architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD and observability tooling.
  • Strong networking fundamentals.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Cloud Composer (Airflow) experience.
  • Programming experience with Python and/or .NET.
  • Helm chart development experience.
  • Familiarity with SRE best practices.
  • Understanding of cloud and Kubernetes security.

Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Skills Required
