Maintains, repairs, restores, styles, and installs Madame Tussauds wax figures to ensure lifelike, camera-ready presentation. Manages maintenance schedules, budgets, supplies, quality goals, and records. Partners with marketing, finance, operations, e-commerce, and commercial teams to achieve revenue goals, identify growth opportunities, monitor market trends, and improve pricing decisions. Serves as a regional subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, using analytics and market insights to drive commercial performance.

Partners with leaders and senior People Partners to execute workforce, talent, engagement, change, pay, benefits, DEI, and succession initiatives. Coaches leaders, develops management capability, supports employee relations and employment-law compliance, drives employee experience, and collaborates with unions or works councils. The role is fully onsite at LEGOLAND Florida Resort and requires strategic workforce planning experience in a large or matrixed organization.

Manages day-to-day operations of assigned attraction areas, ensuring safe, efficient service and exceptional guest experiences. Leads, recruits, trains, and develops Guest Experience Team members; manages schedules, labor budgets, performance, KPIs, audits, cleanliness, and safety standards. Oversees animal welfare, aquatic and terrestrial displays, conservation and education programs, diving safety, life support systems, budgets, performance improvement, and guest engagement. Manages staff development, display innovation, regulatory and AZA standards, animal health, water quality, and public communications while collaborating with operations, marketing, HR, finance, veterinary, and global conservation teams.
