The Account Executive is accountable for driving sales in assigned territories, nurturing client relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving sales quotas through strategic account management and presentations.

Support technical pre-sales for Verint fraud and security solutions by gathering requirements, designing VMS/security/analytics solutions, delivering demos and POCs, validating performance, producing technical proposals, and collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Customer Success to transition opportunities to post-sales.

Own end-to-end execution of B2B marketing programs (ABM nurture, intent-based, email, webinars, events), coordinate cross-functional teams, measure ROI with Salesforce/HubSpot, optimize campaigns using analytics and AI tools, and support BD outbound to drive pipeline and deal acceleration.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across Java backends and React frontends; write automated tests; support production systems and CI/CD pipelines; integrate AI/ML features; participate in architecture reviews; triage incidents and improve observability and operational runbooks; collaborate in Agile squads with global teams.

Hands-on SRE supporting reliability, automation, observability, and incident response. Implement SLIs/SLOs, Infrastructure as Code, telemetry, dashboards, automation, participate in on-call and postmortems, and build AI-powered operational solutions while learning cloud and Kubernetes best practices.
