Collect and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends. Produce workforce analytics and ad-hoc reports, consolidate data, and present insights. Develop reporting solutions with HRIS technical resources to support business goals.

Support WebMD consumer product management by creating feature backlogs and product documentation (user stories, use cases, flows). Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to prioritize work, advise on technical implementation, lead acceptance testing with QA, and coordinate agile testing cycles and product launches. Provide regular updates and recommendations to product leadership.

Provide cross-functional sales and trade support: troubleshoot and document Sales Trade Management issues, collaborate with sales, customer service and IS teams, apply sales policy knowledge and technical proficiency in trade management applications to resolve client problems.

Manage inventory, capacity and production planning using lean principles. Develop short- and long-term supply plans and master schedules, optimize product flow, set inventory strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, coordinate remediation and commercialization activities, and support continuous improvement to meet KPIs.

Create and customize data warehouse reports using Excel and SQL against Oracle databases. Write and optimize queries, understand Oracle tables and how Excel generates reports, and optionally use Cognos Impromptu.

Create and maintain software packages using InstallShield/Wise/AdminStudio and SCCM; build Windows Installer packages; script automation with VBScript and AutoIt; manage and reimage PCs; support Windows and server OSs and UNIX variants; troubleshoot, document solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
