Develop agency strategies, manage commissions and incentive programs, drive agent recruiting/contracting, oversee KPI analysis and Safety Group administration, coach Territory Managers, and represent company with agents and industry partners. Coordinate with Underwriting, Actuarial, and Legal to ensure compliance and scalable sales management frameworks.
