About this PositionSupervises and monitors the daily operations of claim processing of injured employees with catastrophic injuries in accordance with the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, rules of the Division of Workers’ Compensation and internal procedures. Manages the personnel, equipment, facilities and finances of assigned operations. Essential Functions
- Supervise and monitor the daily operations of claim processing in accordance with the Texas Workers' Compensation Act, rules of the DWC, and internal procedures.
- Provide guidance to staff regarding claim handling and desired outcomes.
- Recruit, retain, coach and mentor employees.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of division goals and objectives, policies, standards, procedures and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster's license
- At least five years of experience in adjusting workers' compensation claims (Texas preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two years of prior supervision
- Industry-related designation
Summary:

Oversees a caseload of TIB, IIB, SIB, LIB, and death benefit claims. Manages the personnel, equipment, facilities and finances of assigned operations. Base Pay Range: $112,734.65 - $139,260.45 Per YearFlex-Hybrid Work Environment:Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
