Prospect, negotiate, and close multi-service contracts; position AI-enabled content and technology solutions; expand accounts via cross-sell and upsell; collaborate with production, technology, sales leadership, and accounting for implementations, pricing, and forecasting to increase account value and client satisfaction.

Manage and grow digital accounts by selling and overseeing SEO, SEM, social media and performance content services. Create strategy through audits and research, ensure execution across regions, perform QA, build reporting dashboards, deliver monthly performance insights, and support client retention while mentoring junior team members.

Manage and grow client relationships by developing new business, closing prospects, upselling existing accounts, negotiating rates and deadlines, coordinating with production for quality delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct market and industry research, follow up consistently, and support special projects to drive revenue and retention.

Provide on-site technical support, resolve helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain computing equipment inventories.
