Owns and strengthens Tarkett North America's internal control environment. Designs, documents, tests, and monitors financial and operational controls under SOX 404 and COSO requirements; maintains risk-control matrices, coordinates walkthroughs and testing, assesses deficiencies, tracks remediation, and reports progress. Partners with cross-functional and international stakeholders, supports controls related to system and organizational changes, provides training, and monitors regulatory developments. Occasional travel to plant sites is required.

Leads accounting operations for a $100 million manufacturing plant, including accounts payable, three-way matching, accruals, fixed and leased assets, month-end close, reconciliations, audits, plant-level consolidation, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and tax support. Partners with procurement, operations, and corporate finance, improves accounting processes using CAMS, Sage, and BlackLine, and may supervise AP/AR staff.

Develops territory sales by prospecting for new accounts, managing existing customer relationships, presenting commercial flooring solutions, and meeting sales objectives. The role partners with distributors, contractors, architects, designers, and internal teams; maintains CRM data; prepares proposals; coordinates orders, shipments, installations, and quality issue resolution; provides market updates; and executes promotions, sales blitzes, and product launches.

Lead the design, development, integration, commissioning, and optimization of automation systems for flooring manufacturing capital projects. Responsibilities include PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics, motion control, MES integration, process optimization, safety validation, vendor management, budgeting, documentation, troubleshooting, training, and technical mentorship.

Serves as the senior technical authority for industrial automation and control systems across multiple manufacturing facilities. Leads controls architecture, standards, capital projects, PLC and HMI development, manufacturing data integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, safety compliance, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentors engineers and technicians, oversees integrators and OEMs, and drives scalable automation strategies across multi-site operations.

Oversee day-to-day accounting for a construction/project-based business: lead accounting staff, maintain internal controls, manage month-end close, project accounting, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, payroll, tax filings, audits, and financial reporting to support senior leadership decisions.

Designs, implements, and supports plant controls and electrical systems (SCADA/MES, Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs). Leads control system design, troubleshooting, PLC ladder logic development, equipment installations, capital project justification, and mentors technicians. Partners with production, maintenance, quality, and suppliers to improve automation, reliability, and safety across Middlefield and occasional Chagrin Falls operations.

The Quality Engineer manages the Quality Management System, ensures compliance with ISO standards, conducts audits, leads problem-solving initiatives, monitors process performance, and supports continuous improvement efforts.

Drive and implement TNA IT strategy focusing on customer and employee experiences, leading digital transformation, business platform enhancements, and AI adoption for improved insights and productivity.

The Controls Engineer designs electrical control systems, supports existing machinery, develops PLC programs, and collaborates with teams to improve processing and reduce costs.
