Designs and implements SCADA/MES improvements and Allen-Bradley PLC control systems, performs electrical design for new equipment, configures and troubleshoots VFDs and PLC ladder logic, mentors maintenance staff, provides remote troubleshooting, develops capital requests with ROI, oversees contractors, and supports plant operations and reliability.

Lead strategic engineering across a manufacturing campus to drive process optimization, automation, capital projects, and continuous improvement. Partner with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering to design, implement, and commission equipment and controls, improve OEE and reliability, conduct root-cause analysis, and standardize engineering practices and documentation.

Lead regional accounting operations for multiple entities, ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, manage project accounting (percentage-of-completion, WIP), drive process improvements, support budgeting/forecasting, oversee audits and internal controls, and mentor dispersed finance teams to improve operational and financial performance.

Lead division-level FP&A for Tarkett North America: own monthly close and reporting, drive forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling, partner with commercial and operations on profitability and plant performance, build FP&A tools and dashboards, and lead strategic finance projects and ad-hoc analyses to inform executive decisions.

Support month-end close, prepare and post journal entries, maintain and reconcile balance sheet and intercompany accounts, analyze variances, support financial reporting and audits, monitor SAP processing, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Lead daily accounting operations, manage month-end and year-end close, prepare journal entries and financial statements, perform reconciliations and variance analysis, support audits and compliance, prepare corporate and consolidation reporting, assist budgeting/forecasting, and provide guidance to AP/AR staff.

Support multi-entity accounting and project accounting for a construction-focused business: billings, AP, reconciliations, WIP and percentage-of-completion reporting, fixed assets, month-end close, internal controls, and financial reporting to the Controller.

The Regional Design Engineer will manage athletic facility design using AutoCAD, prepare civil plans, conduct water design calculations, and support sales teams.
