Provides senior-level consulting to public company clients on SEC reporting, XBRL tagging, financial disclosure compliance, and regulatory filings. Leads preparation, validation, and submission of complex 10-K and 10-Q filings; advises clients on taxonomy and reporting requirements; manages engagements and deadlines; conducts onboarding, software demonstrations, and training; mentors consultants; and monitors regulatory developments. Collaborates with sales, product, customer care, and consulting teams to improve client reporting solutions and support business growth.

Supports client disclosure document production through the Quinn platform, including onboarding Microsoft Word files, cleanup, style tagging, proof review, formatting troubleshooting, document maintenance, client support, UAT, process documentation, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Customer Success, Production Design, Proxy, and other internal teams while maintaining document accuracy, compliance, and quality.

Drive new enterprise business for Toppan Merrill's SaaS products by prospecting, engaging decision-makers, managing a territory and client base, leading senior negotiations, presenting value-based consultative solutions (notably Quinn), and coordinating with marketing, solutions sales, and product teams to close deals and maximize revenue.

Support the sales organization by delivering technical pre-sales support for Toppan Merrill SaaS solutions. Lead technical demos, customize presentations, respond to RFPs, gather client requirements, act as product SME, collaborate with Product/Engineering, Pricing/Finance, and Marketing, and mentor junior staff. Drive technical solutioning and manage complex client engagements through the sales cycle.

Lead strategic, consultative enterprise sales within financial services: develop account/territory strategies, originate and close multi-year solution deals, navigate complex buying groups, articulate ROI, run executive workshops, and coordinate cross-functional teams to modernize regulatory communications and deliver measurable business value.
