Perform general administrative duties including filing, record keeping, report preparation, and handling claims-related communications.

Complete annual Agency Administrative Reviews including reconciling the Agents Premium Fund Account, reviewing premium handling and life policy delivery, reporting results and recommending follow-up or escalation to Sales Management and Internal Auditing. Oversee agent termination benefits by determining eligibility, calculating benefit amounts, and responding to agent questions.

The Government Relations Counsel will assist with legislative and regulatory matters, develop company positions, and build strategic relationships with government bodies. Requires legal expertise and strong communication skills.
