The Process Engineer at Prysmian is responsible for planning and directing process development in the manufacturing of specialty cables, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining manufacturing standards.

The Senior Process Engineer leads process improvement initiatives, manages capital projects, conducts feasibility studies, and applies continuous improvement methodologies to enhance production processes in cable manufacturing.

Lead identification, development, qualification and transfer of innovative cable and telecom products into production. Engage customers, create designs and prototypes, run feasibility and qualification tests, review patents, manage research partners, and present project status. Provide technical leadership across R&D, Operations and Quality to implement new materials and processes.

Manage the Marshall Technology Center, develop test procedures, set efficiency targets, ensure quality standards, and maintain staff and equipment.

The Electrical Supervisor oversees electrical technicians, schedules work, ensures safety compliance, and focuses on troubleshooting production equipment.

The Inside Sales Manager leads and develops the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing quotes and orders, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Provide strategic and hands-on HR support for a manufacturing plant, managing full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance and talent management, compliance, leave administration, compensation, HR metrics, change leadership, and leadership coaching to drive engagement, retention, and a high-performance culture.

Manage a design engineering team for cable plants; develop procedures, trainings, and BOMs; create product designs/drawings; use in-house cable design tools and ERP (HFA/SAP); perform cost/quotation analysis, ECN/deviation management, and support R&D, production, and compliance with industry standards.

Develop and deepen relationships with hyperscale, long-haul, and middle-mile customers to grow Prysmian's brand and sales. Identify decision makers, map project pipelines, share product specifications, gather competitive intelligence, influence product roadmap, train sales teams, and support marketing. Frequent travel and cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and field teams; evolve into a regional sales director role over time.

Manage regional pricing, customer profitability, inventory and contract processes for power distribution. Produce financial and KPI reporting, perform data mining/forecasting, support bids/contract renewals, liaise across sales, supply chain, finance and product teams, and lead cross-functional problem resolution and emergency restoration efforts.
