Leads the Client Services department, managing managers and multiple teams responsible for advisor and investor support. Oversees hiring, coaching, performance management, escalations, service quality, KPIs, compliance, and operational improvements. Develops strategic goals with senior leadership, optimizes processes and scalability, supports cross-functional initiatives, allocates resources, and strengthens client and stakeholder relationships within a financial services environment.

Leads the client services team, manages advisor and client relationships, monitors performance and NPS metrics, coaches employees, resolves servicing concerns, coordinates cross-functional activities, oversees vendors, and ensures compliance. The role drives service improvements, client satisfaction, relationship growth, and operational effectiveness while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, guiding platform and workflow usage, supporting trade processing, addressing documentation issues, delivering training, coordinating cross-functional solutions, and meeting service metrics. The role uses approved AI tools to research inquiries, summarize interactions, identify advisor needs, improve workflows, and personalize service while validating outputs, protecting sensitive information, and complying with financial regulations.

Supports portfolio analysis, investment data entry, due diligence, proposal generation, Investment Committee materials, quarterly marketing reports, file compliance, spreadsheet preparation, and administrative projects. Participates in investment team calls and meetings while gathering information and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week onsite.

Maintains and architects corporate LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud, wired, wireless, firewall, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM infrastructure. Troubleshoots network issues, manages routing and switching, monitors network health, oversees cabling and upgrades, supports disaster recovery and on-call operations, and coordinates vendors and carriers. The role also mentors administrators, leads network modernization, maintains documentation, manages security controls, and supports projects and change windows.

Leads complex billing cycles, ensuring accuracy, contractual compliance, revenue recognition, and timely financial reporting. Analyzes billing data, resolves issues, improves systems and processes, supports financial close, and manages custom billing projects. Collaborates with product development and internal and external stakeholders, tests new functionality, drives efficiency initiatives, and mentors junior analysts. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.

Serves as the enterprise legal advisor on privacy, AI governance, and responsible technology. Develops governance frameworks, translates privacy and AI regulations into business guidance, manages assessments, incidents, data subject requests, audits, regulatory inquiries, vendor contracts, training, and compliance metrics. Partners cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Security, Technology, Product, and business teams to manage risks and support regulatory readiness.

Manage a portfolio of customer renewals, driving retention, revenue growth, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions. Build relationships with client stakeholders, negotiate renewal terms, forecast performance, address risks, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. Use Salesforce to track customer interactions and renewal progress while mentoring teammates and advocating for customer success.
