Early-career technical sales development program preparing graduates for Technical Sales Engineer roles. Participants receive semiconductor, embedded systems, product, and business training while supporting customer evaluations, designs, demos, and deployments. Supports design-for-test development for microprocessor-based SoCs from test requirements through production. Responsibilities include creating and debugging structural test patterns, pre- and post-silicon verification, ATE pattern conversion, built-in self-test implementation, test coverage analysis, and collaboration with Test Engineering, Product Engineering, and fabrication teams.

Supports digital design implementation, coding, reviews, debugging, checks, simulations, and technical documentation under senior engineer guidance. Collaborates with verification, physical design, and validation teams throughout project execution. Requires a recent engineering or computer science degree, foundational engineering and testing knowledge, strong problem-solving and documentation skills, and clear English communication. Relevant lab work, coursework, internships, design projects, and familiarity with engineering or verification tools are advantageous.

Supports digital design implementation, logic coding, reviews, debugging, checks, simulations, documentation, and test-result maintenance under senior-engineer guidance. Collaborates with verification, physical design, and validation teams throughout project execution while developing engineering, testing, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Owns end-to-end product strategy and execution for AI-enabled datacenter and edge MPUs. Translates customer and market needs into product requirements, feature specifications, roadmaps, business cases, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Partners with engineering, sales, applications, customers, and other teams on architecture, product launches, adoption, and lifecycle management. Represents NXP at industry events and drives solutions across datacenter, networking, 5G, and industrial automation markets.

Develop and evaluate AI/ML-driven automation for ASIC and VLSI design and implementation. Explore GenAI, reinforcement learning, graph neural networks, and convolutional networks to optimize power, performance, area, and quality. Build prototypes, pilot automation on real SoC and IP designs, and collaborate with architecture, design, verification, implementation, academic, and industry teams. Contribute to CAD methodologies, tools, and digital transformation initiatives for advanced automotive processors and microcontrollers.

Supports customer applications for ARM-based microcontrollers, develops embedded C/C++ code and peripheral software examples, and performs chip debugging and signal testing. Uses IDEs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, and other test instruments. Manages source code, documents test results, presents technical information, and interacts with customers.
