Develops and manages paid digital marketing programs, writes complex briefs, runs A/B tests, analyzes campaign performance, manages budgets and agency/vendor relationships, and coordinates multi-tiered communication plans.

Lead regional P&C insurance acquisition through localized retail marketing, agency management, media mix optimization, forecasting, and sales channel optimization. Partner with sales, analytics, and finance to improve conversions, report performance to senior leaders, and oversee an associate product marketer.
