Sell and promote life insurance and annuities to members, develop and follow up on leads, provide sales support and training to frontline staff, maintain licensure and compliance, and develop annual business plans to meet sales and persistency goals.

Sell and promote AAA products and bundles at the Manteca branch, meet monthly sales goals, generate and follow up on leads, engage members face-to-face and by phone/email, support branch referrals, and act as subject matter expert for new product offerings.

Manage revenue accounting and reconciliation processes for insurance products, oversee staff and controls, lead projects and systems implementations, ensure compliance with accounting and reporting requirements, and collaborate across finance, operations, and IT.
