Lead Kardex Mlog’s U.S. market entry and Systems Business establishment. Own P&L, develop and execute go-to-market strategy, build a profitable sales pipeline, secure strategic customer projects, and establish the initial local team and operating capabilities. Leverage the existing Kardex AutoStore organization, develop customer relationships, lead talent, and contribute to international expansion and overall growth strategy.

Lead large, complex implementation projects from sales handover to final acceptance, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, provide strategic sales input, manage finances and change orders, mentor PMs, improve tools/processes, and ensure governance and operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Translate manufacturing requirements into SAP-based process schedules and optimize production. Recommend and implement SAP S/4HANA and ECC solutions (PP, MM, Procurement). Analyze production data, monitor and maintain equipment, commission and test new equipment, and lead continuous improvement efforts across departments to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Design, develop, and implement FulfillX Warehouse Execution System features with minimal guidance. Break down requirements, write and review code, integrate APIs, collaborate with QA, support releases, debug, and assist product ramp-ups. Travel ~20%.

The Business Development Manager will nurture leads, promote Kardex solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and update CRM to convert opportunities in the industrial market.
