Design and update 3D CAD models, assemblies, and drawings; create tooling, process documentation, and machine programs; support manufacturing and sales on customer projects; perform mechanical/electrical calculations and design reviews; communicate technical requirements and manage projects from concept to production.

Manage capital equipment installations, interface with contractors, ensure safety compliance, and lead project estimating and budgeting in a team environment.

Manage strategic key accounts for refractory metals in North America, drive sales and marketing activities, coordinate internal teams (sales, engineering, logistics, manufacturing), develop account and product plans, use CRM and SAP for forecasting, assess competition, attend industry events, and support business growth and KPIs.

Perform 3C/8D investigations for returns and rejects, implement corrective actions and PDCA improvements, apply lean principles, manage calibration systems, and conduct or support internal, customer, certification, and supplier audits. Serve as backup to the Quality Manager as needed.

Serve as primary customer contact via phone, email, and electronic channels; manage orders from entry through fulfillment; resolve order, delivery, return, shortage, and quality issues; coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Engineering and Finance; maintain records in SAP and Dynamics; support continuous improvement and strong customer relationships.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for high performance materials, manage customer relations, and oversee market intelligence efforts while traveling extensively to foster growth.

Produce and review engineering drawings (layouts, P&IDs, piping, structural, electrical, fabrication) to support plant engineering and maintenance. Take field measurements, perform beam/deck calculations, review vendor drawings, create material lists and purchase requisitions, archive prints, and support graphic/part pattern needs. Work safely in a chemical plant environment and collaborate with project teams.
