The Senior Workday Engagement Manager will oversee Workday solution implementations, manage projects, engage with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Prospect and qualify leads via outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn; demonstrate Workday Adaptive Planning; generate and nurture pipeline; collaborate with marketing and AEs; meet monthly/quarterly meeting and opportunity targets using consultative selling.

Lead design and delivery of Workday reporting and analytics for AMS clients: build advanced/matrix/trending/composite reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and complex calculated fields; gather requirements, optimize reports, mentor junior consultants, and provide Workday best-practice guidance.

As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you'll implement Workday payroll solutions, build customer relationships, support junior staff, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

Deliver post-production Adaptive Planning implementations and support: design, configure and document financial planning and forecasting models; lead workshops and training; communicate with clients; ensure on-time engagements; mentor junior team members; maintain Adaptive Planning proficiency and certifications.
