The Plasterer will perform various plastering tasks including patch repairs and full skims in occupied properties, ensuring a professional service.

The Electrical Qualified Supervisor oversees electrical works for maintenance contracts, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing teams, and providing technical advice while upholding customer service standards.

Produce regular and ad hoc performance reports, analyse operational data to identify trends and insights, support client reporting, liaise between operations and IT to translate requirements into reporting solutions, assist continuous improvement and resolve reporting issues alongside service desk and development teams.

Schedule and allocate repair work to operatives and subcontractors, update and monitor job progress, support IT/PDA use, handle calls, communicate with residents and contractors, maintain records, assist reporting and continuous improvement to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include overseeing teams, maintaining customer service, and utilizing electronic tools for job tracking. Must hold a GOLD Card in scaffolding and have driving capabilities.

Provide administrative support for void property operations: handle communications, manage purchase orders/invoices, input cost data, coordinate operatives and subcontractors, schedule appointments, maintain records, and uphold health, safety and customer service standards.

Provide fleet administration support for ~250 vehicles: audit vehicle condition and mileage, review operative photos, maintain accurate records and Excel spreadsheets, and support operational colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.

Partner with branch leadership to own financial performance and commercial outcomes. Produce management information, forecasts and budgets, identify risks/opportunities, support contract pricing/variations and translate financial data into clear insight for non-financial stakeholders.

Schedule and allocate repair jobs to operatives and subcontractors, monitor and update job statuses, support IT systems and PDA updates, handle call-centre enquiries, prioritise urgent works, maintain records for audits, assist reporting and continuous service improvements, and liaise with residents, supervisors and contractors to meet KPIs and customer service standards.
