The Lead Scaffolder will manage scaffolding tasks including erecting, striking, and dismantling scaffolding, while ensuring safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing teams, maintaining customer service, and utilizing electronic tools for job tracking. Must hold a GOLD Card in scaffolding and have driving capabilities.

Owner of customer engagement and success for central government contracts: analyse feedback and KPIs, produce reports, drive improvement, deliver training, maintain stakeholder relationships, support social value initiatives, and assist bids, mobilisation and accreditation to ensure consistent customer excellence.

Schedule and allocate repair jobs to operatives and subcontractors, monitor and update job statuses, support IT systems and PDA updates, handle call-centre enquiries, prioritise urgent works, maintain records for audits, assist reporting and continuous service improvements, and liaise with residents, supervisors and contractors to meet KPIs and customer service standards.
