Design and steward internal communications and community practices to build belonging across a global network; facilitate inclusive virtual and in-person gatherings; produce human-centered communications and storytelling; support knowledge management, learning synthesis, and strategic communications with network leaders.

The Executive Director leads Ipas Europe, developing strategies for partnerships and resource mobilization, advocating for reproductive justice, and ensuring compliance and visibility in the European context, while managing an effective team and operations.
