The X-Bat Engine Systems Integration Engineer leads design and integration projects, ensures adherence to engineering standards, and mentors team members while managing project progress and documentation.

Lead technical program execution for aircraft engine controls across S&T, development, validation, qualification, and delivery for military NPI programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams, drive requirements, architecture, logic design, integration, and release activities while applying FLIGHT DECK practices to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Manage analysis projects, mentor junior engineers, conduct root-cause investigations, develop test and validation plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and present technical findings to stakeholders.

Lead Manufacturing Engineer drives design-for-producibility and production readiness for complex aerospace components. Responsibilities include developing advanced manufacturing processes, tooling, programming, supplier and shop coordination, cost and lead-time estimation, schedule integration, DoD customer interface, and mentoring engineers to ensure safe, on-quality, on-time, and on-cost delivery.

Lead discovery and modernization of expert-driven manual processes using LLMs, AI agents, and automation. Embed with domain experts to extract tacit knowledge, produce formal process models, design multi-step agent workflows with HITL escalation, replace legacy tools, and build evaluation and audit frameworks to ensure safe, verifiable production deployment.
