Supports small to medium Agile technology projects within the PMO by auditing project artifacts, monitoring governance and compliance, tracking budgets and forecasts, maintaining project data in Clarity/CA PPM, and evaluating schedules, resources, risks, and project health. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, manages backlogs, supports delivery estimates, resolves data discrepancies, coordinates stakeholders, processes change requests, and advises project managers on methodology and quality standards.

Use data and analytics to identify emerging risks and opportunities, collaborate with sales, risk, legal and technology, drive process improvements, and provide reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Owns enterprise backend, cloud, endpoint, and security platforms across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Windows, and Linux. Builds CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code automation, monitoring, certificate management, and policy enforcement. Leads platform upgrades, incident escalation, disaster recovery, audit readiness, FFIEC compliance, documentation, and cross-functional technology initiatives. Provides technical oversight, coaches professionals, and aligns infrastructure solutions with business needs.
