Develops new business and provides sophisticated personal property, casualty, and life insurance solutions to affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Conducts portfolio reviews, identifies coverage gaps and life insurance opportunities, designs programs, quotes and binds policies, coordinates underwriting, and delivers concierge-level service. Partners with private, commercial, and wealth bankers on client meetings and reviews while maintaining regulatory compliance and annual policy assessments.

Resolves high-level, escalated banking complaints from regulators, congressional offices, the BBB, executives, and social media. The role investigates cases, performs root-cause analysis, coordinates cross-functional resolutions, drafts compliant response letters, manages case documentation and deadlines, supports audits, and recommends policy and process improvements. It requires professional communication, sound judgment, analytical skills, conflict resolution, regulatory awareness, and strong customer advocacy.

Builds and maintains Private Client Group relationships through client support, onboarding, business development, prospect outreach, sales support, and cross-selling. Responds to account inquiries, coordinates transaction requests, monitors customer and risk reports, maintains account data integrity, and ensures compliance with KYC/AML requirements. Collaborates with internal teams and product partners to deliver tailored client solutions and resolve issues.

Support commercial middle-market relationship teams by coordinating loan closings, processing transactions, ensuring compliance, producing portfolio and pipeline reporting, resolving portfolio issues and client inquiries, and maintaining documentation. Acts as liaison among relationship managers, operations, legal, and clients to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant commercial lending service.

Provide virtual financial guidance and comprehensive planning to mass affluent clients, recommend suitable investment and insurance products, grow a book of business via referrals and outreach, maintain compliance and documentation, and coordinate referrals to other bank lines while meeting performance and quality assurance standards.

Lead marketing analytics: build analyses, dashboards, and self-serve Power BI visualizations; develop scalable data models, measurement and attribution frameworks, and marketing mix optimization; advise marketing leaders, track campaign ROI and funnel metrics, and collaborate with data engineering, digital, and product teams to ensure accurate, scalable reporting.

Supports underwriting, structuring, and management of commercial credit relationships.
