Develops and manages global supply plans for DuPont’s Reverse Osmosis product portfolio across multiple manufacturing sites. Balances demand, capacity, inventory, customer service, and working capital objectives; determines production placement; identifies capacity constraints and supply risks; leads supply reviews and IBP processes; maintains planning parameters and master data; and drives continuous improvement using SAP, APO, and digital planning tools.

Provides mechanical engineering and reliability support for plant systems, leads capital improvement projects, develops preventive and predictive maintenance programs, conducts root cause investigations, improves equipment availability, analyzes performance data, and trains operations and maintenance personnel. Requires collaboration across engineering and plant teams, with emphasis on safety, continuous improvement, and manufacturing reliability.

Drive regional sales growth for DuPont’s Tyvek and Tychem safety-product portfolio across Northern California and Nevada. Build sales strategies, develop customer and distributor relationships, identify new opportunities, deliver product demonstrations and training, close high-value deals, monitor competitors, maintain Salesforce pipeline data, prepare forecasts, and represent the company at industry events. The role is remote-based and requires 25–50% overnight travel.

Own and optimize Corian manufacturing automation and process control systems, including DCS, PLC, and MES platforms, in a high-hazard chemical manufacturing environment. Lead safety, cybersecurity, reliability, lifecycle planning, capital project controls scope, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Manage and mentor automation professionals while partnering with operations, maintenance, IT, and engineering teams. Ensure compliance with PSM, SIS, and alarm management standards.

Leads Tyvek product and technology development from scientific concept through commercialization. Develops polymer and material systems, designs experiments, connects processing conditions to product performance, scales innovations from laboratory to manufacturing, and supports customer-focused technical strategies. The role collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and research partners; manages intellectual property and regulatory trends; and mentors scientists and engineers.

Manages global contract manufacturing partners and supplier governance, qualification, audits, performance scorecards, corrective actions, capacity planning, cost management, supply continuity, and risk mitigation. Coordinates cross-functional responses to quality, manufacturing, supply, and customer issues while driving Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence, productivity, and supply chain optimization across the external manufacturing network.

Leads U.S. federal tax planning for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, spin-offs, and other corporate transactions. Provides technical guidance on Subchapter C, transaction structuring, due diligence, tax accounting, compliance, audit defense, and regulatory developments. Partners with Legal, Finance, Treasury, Corporate Development, and external advisors to develop tax-efficient strategies, manage risk, prepare technical documentation, and support implementation and governance.
