Manages the Foundation's sponsorship program across events, designs and executes sponsorship solicitation and fulfillment, secures $1M+ annual sponsorship revenue, ensures sponsor benefit delivery, and collaborates with event, communications, and corporate engagement teams to steward donor relationships and increase revenue.

Lead strategy and execution for the Foundation's signature fundraising, stewardship, and cultivation events. Manage sponsor relationships and corporate partnerships, coordinate cross-functional event marketing, oversee event budgets, supervise event staff and volunteers, and serve as lead for large-scale Rally Round fundraiser and related donor engagement activities.

Greet and register pediatric patients and families, collect demographic and insurance information, verify coverage, collect copays, support clinic flow and self-check-in kiosks, enter and scan registration documents into the EMR, engage interpreter services, and follow infection prevention protocols.

Perform advanced administrative duties, coordinate projects, manage schedules, compile reports, assist in budget management, and handle confidential information.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of donor and gift data across systems. Audit, analyze, and reconcile records; maintain donor database standards; support data governance, process improvements, and reliable reporting to enable fundraising and acknowledgement activities.
