Manage and implement community health program initiatives: develop strategic plans, manage grants and budgets, build partnerships, create training and educational materials, monitor data and dashboards, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and produce reports and communications.

Lead large, cross-functional healthcare IT projects from concept through implementation. Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to manage scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, change management, performance metrics, and technical documentation while mentoring project teams and ensuring integration across impacted stakeholders.

Receive, verify, stock, and distribute medical supplies; maintain inventory levels and perform cycle counts using inventory systems; transport supplies and specimens; ensure compliance and audit readiness; collaborate with clinical teams and support process improvements.

Support the Corporate and Engagement teams with local cause marketing, Children's Miracle Network campaigns, the annual employee campaign, and related initiatives. Assist with campaign coordination, donor stewardship tasks, administrative duties, and event logistics while reporting to the Senior Director and supervised by the Corporate Engagement Coordinator.

Responsible for the review and collection of insurance accounts receivable. Tasks include following up on claims, investigating credit balances, and maintaining knowledge of payer contracts.

The Supply Aide supports patient care by ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and supplies, while stocking and managing supplies in treatment rooms. They maintain safety and cleanliness in patient care areas and assist with customer requests.

The role involves registering patients, ensuring accurate insurance information, and maintaining data integrity within the revenue cycle. Requires strong customer service skills and proficiency in data entry.
