Directs the enterprise information security program for a healthcare system, managing cybersecurity risk, regulatory compliance, information safety, privacy, recovery, and assurance activities. Oversees technology security teams and mission-critical systems, budgets, quality assurance, change control, and customer relationships across business and clinical environments. Partners with clinicians, sourcing, finance, suppliers, and operational leaders to assess clinical appropriateness, costs, utilization, compliance, and supply continuity. Facilitates governance committees, product trials, standardization and conversion initiatives, supply disruption responses, reporting, and cost-benefit analyses. Supports strategic sourcing, contract compliance, supplier management, supply resiliency, and evidence-based purchasing decisions.

Provides office and program support, including greeting visitors, checking in clients, managing calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining supplies and records, entering data into multiple systems, coordinating background checks, supporting classes and events, and reconciling department purchase cards.

Develops and executes strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiates and manages supplier contracts, and oversees assigned portfolios from sourcing through renewal. Maintains supporting schedules, manages third-party agreement billing and receivables, resolves purchasing issues, and provides accounting analysis and ad hoc support to assigned healthcare entities.

Coordinates healthcare product, supplier, and contract conversion projects from approval through implementation. Develops project plans, manages timelines and stakeholder communications, coordinates inventory transitions and ERP or MMIS updates, tracks savings and compliance, mitigates supply disruptions, supports education and training, and provides post-implementation reviews. Collaborates with sourcing, contracting, clinical, operational, distribution, and supplier teams to achieve standardization, efficiency, cost savings, and uninterrupted patient care.

Perform advanced administrative duties, coordinate projects, manage schedules, compile reports, assist in budget management, and handle confidential information.

Leads and coordinates evaluation projects for community health and education programs. Responsibilities include designing evaluation initiatives, gathering and analyzing data, researching best practices, monitoring reports, managing stakeholder and academic partnerships, supporting grant development, communicating findings, and guiding cross-functional teams toward strategic goals and continuous improvement.
