🚚 Supply Chain Distribution Tech II

🌟 Lead Operations. Support Teams. Impact Patient Care.

Are you a motivated leader who enjoys coordinating teams, solving challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Supply Chain Distribution Tech II (Team Lead) to oversee daily distribution activities and help ensure our caregivers have the supplies, equipment, and resources they need to provide exceptional patient care.

In this leadership role, you'll guide daily operations across the Main Campus, Clinics Building, and Corporate Center loading docks, while mentoring team members and driving service excellence throughout the organization.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

As a Team Lead, you'll balance hands-on operational responsibilities with leadership and team development.

✨ Coordinate and dispatch staff to ensure timely delivery of supplies, equipment, paperwork, and services

✨ Prioritize requests based on urgency, including STAT, ROUTINE, and TIMED needs

✨ Monitor workloads and adjust assignments to maximize efficiency and service levels

✨ Create daily staffing assignments and ensure appropriate shift coverage

✨ Support inventory management, replenishment, and distribution activities

✨ Investigate and resolve operational challenges while serving as a resource for staff and customers

✨ Partner with departments across the organization to maintain seamless service and support

✨ Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members

✨ Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff

✨ Support quality improvement initiatives and continuous process enhancements

✨ Help implement new systems, procedures, and operational best practices

✨ Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

👥 Leadership Responsibilities

🌟 Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative work culture

🌟 Train and develop Distribution, Dispatch, and Logistics team members

🌟 Contribute to employee performance evaluations and onboarding processes

🌟 Communicate departmental goals, initiatives, and operational updates effectively

🎓 Qualifications

Required:

✔ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

✔ 2+ years of experience as a Distribution Representative or in a related logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or healthcare operations role

Preferred:

⭐ Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience

⭐ Experience in healthcare, hospital, logistics, or supply chain operations

⭐ Experience working with inventory management systems and materials management software
