The Account Manager IV is responsible for retaining client accounts and selling additional services within the Labor market. This role includes managing renewals, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, resolving issues, and providing strategic support across labor groups.

Analyze risk scores, financial impacts, and performance metrics; produce projections (CMS-HCC, HHS-HCC), inform risk adjustment strategy, reporting, pricing, and forecasts; evaluate vendor performance and intervention ROI; support ACA pricing and MA bid submissions.

Perform internal audit planning, testing, documentation, and reporting. Identify and document control issues, recommend improvements, gather/process audit evidence, and support delivery of quality audit engagements while liaising with business management.

The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to executives, shaping people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee experience while managing complex HR functions.

Manage and retain public-market accounts by handling contract renewals, negotiating terms, selling additional product lines, and developing new business. Provide client workshops on enrollment and claims, advise on regulatory impacts, modify contracts as needed, and make binding financial and service decisions. Requires travel across New Jersey and coordination with stakeholders.
